Hand and Stone

The massage rooms & beds were small, I am 5’11 and while on my back, my feet almost hung off. They would hit the massage therapist when she would walk by. The room was cold and the music was quiet. I didn’t feel like there was a clean space to leave my clothes.

Location and staff were great besides Brittany. She was very awkward and seemed to know very little techniques. She kept repeating the same “rubbing in lotion” move instead of working actual muscle groups

This was my first appointment after joining the membership program. When I joined, Jasmine signed me up for my next appointment 30 days later. She was great, very kind and very knowledgeable. After my first appointment (after my introductory appointment), the team member (male) checking me out was not able to apply my membership credit and stated I hadn't accrued one even though I had paid that month's fee. He did not understand the program and was not able to resolve my issue and charged me for the service even though it should have been covered by my membership credit and incorrectly explained how the program worked. He was nice and did discount the service, but was new and unable to help. I called the next day and Jasmine was able to resolve the issue, refund me for the payment and confirm my understanding of the program was correct, so it turned out great and I was highly satisfied with her service. My esthetician Megan is top notch and I will be back, but I do wish that hadn't happened my second appointment and I hope that this issue isn't continual.

A regular massage was booked in addition to the 2 other services booked, which was wrong. But the massage therapist took care of it.

There were some computer issues which caused delays. The receptionists handled them well

There aren’t many options for facialists at this location. Also every time I’m there, there is a new person working the front desk which makes me question if this is a good company to work for

Massage was deep, as I requested, but very jerky and hard to relax and get into the massage. She spent the time on the areas I requested, but it was a very unusual massage. I didn't hat it, but it was different...

The music was some kind of upbeat Spanish selection and then some kind of banjo music. Not conducive to relaxation. And it was too loud. Totally inappropriate

The experience was very relaxing

I loved the cold stone face massage but everything else felt rushed and at no point did my therapist ask if the pressure was okay. It was a little too light and i was hoping for more medium pressure. She also seemed rushed getting to the appointment and starting me late which I think cut down on the time to ask me what I wanted. I would try her again maybe it was a bad day
