Could hear the male and female in room next to me talking the whole second half of my massage. Didn’t really get a massage - she more just applied pressure to spots on my back legs for 90 mins then every once and a while almost just rubbed across a spot- never really got a standard massage on back etc.

I felt the actual cost was never explained to me and I’m not sure exactly what the treatments cost because I used gift cards. I thought the posters were a little confusing. One describing gratuities and the other upgrades.

I was overcharged $40 for the massage, fortunately I caught the error. I was never asked if I preferred a male or female masseuse, a man performed my massage, I would have preferred a woman.

Overall, I had a great experience, and the massage was wonderful. The only thing that I did not like was, I filled out the form online before the appointment and my masseuse did not bother to read it. How do I know that? I put that I requested that he wear a mask, and he did not have one on. What is the point in having that question, if they are not going to read through it beforehand?

There was less neck and shoulder massage, and zero arm or hand, than I am used to. There was some disjointedness. She was friendly and nice. I wish things like scalp massage or collagen mask did not require an upcharge. I am used to a facial including a good amount of scalp, neck, arm/hand, and even feet occasionally. She was technically good and very friendly. My skin felt good afterwards.

I added on a scalp massage which I had never had before. The therapist only touched my temples. And actually for too long with too much pressure. I wanted an overall scalp massage but did not get that at all.

My original appointment was cancelled while I was driving to the appointment. I understand this happens, I cancelled my next appointment due to bad weather and a fee was not charged and I was grateful for that. My treatment was great! On my check-out I was told a fee was waived for cancellation or something that was written in my notes. Perhaps if an esthetician cancels on a client a coupon or something would be a nice way to increase it from satisfied to highly satisfied. I had arranged for care and was on my way. Not a major issue—just an idea. Thanks!
