Massage was not deep enough. She spent alot of time pushing on a pressure point holding too long I thought. Massage was not deep enough.

The taxes I had to pay were higher than expected. I felt taken advantage of because I was using a gift someone gave me. I was told the taxes were on entire amount of worth of package. Don't believe the giver spent the same amount for package that correlated with amount of tax I paid.

Massage was great just a little pricey. Also the peppermint aromatherapy smelled a little off.

It would be nice to have a separate reception area than the front lobby where cold air comes in from outside, you have to listen to people talking and it’s not relaxing. It would be nice to have more ambient lighting in room and complimentary aroma therapeutic smell in building/room

Highly satisfied means over and above expectation. My expectation of a massage salon is to have courteous people clean well cared for environment and knowledgeable talented massage therapist. All of the above were met at my experience as was to be expected

I miss my previous massage therapist, Albert

My massage therapists previous appointment went over and then she had to clean the room which is fine. I went back into the room 10-15 minutes past the hour and then stopped exactly at the hour. Did not get a full hour of what I paid for. (No problem at all about her previous appointment running late or having to clean the room, but my appointment shouldn’t be effected because of that).

I just wish there were less expensive products for purchase. Everything else was great.

I never give the highest rating because no type of organization can honestly accomplish so achievement with all the various variables involved

I was very specific as to the reason I was there, the therapist didn’t even touch my upper back - the pain area. She barely said two sentences to me. It also seemed like she was afraid or grossed out to touch me.
