At checkout I was hounded to sign up for the membership and yes it is a good opportunity for people who get services every week. Even after explaining it wasn’t for me I was still pressured. The only thing keeping me coming back is my therapist. But when I move next month I will never be returning to any locations. Respect your clientele’s wishes.

The room was like a dentists office. They need some greenery or something that softens the medical feel of the cabinets in the room. The music felt like pretend massage music used in Hallmark movies. Very generic and uninspired.

I was overall satisfied.

The pressure could have been a little harder. The therapist could have asked if the pressure was ok. There could have been more discussion before the treatment

Just didn't get that welcoming feel entering building. I never recieve a 50 min massage its always around 40 min , my apt was at 11, got called in 1106, got started with massage 1118 was finished by 1156. But I've never gotten a whole 50 or 80 min massage since I've been a member. Seems typical of chain salons .

Because of my job, I’m looking for something once a month I can treat myself to to help with relaxation. It just felt like this time the massage was hurried and it just wasn’t as relaxing as it could be. Some of the trigger points were right and quite painful at times.

Needs more lavender in the air, a little warmer & a little more quieter for full relaxation.

The room was cold so I was a bit uncomfortable during my massage. My massage therapist did not recommend any upgrades during my massage. The room was a bit generic and not as inviting as some of the other places I’ve received a massage.

The facial was fine. Not great but satisfactory. I would prefer the use products that significantly make my face glow, rather than waxy masks that smell like pumpkin. If I had know she was about to use pumpkin I would have stopped her. Also I don’t appreciate be accosted with a sales pitch to become a member. Can’t I just enjoy a long quiet facial with visible results as an end of work week treat once in a blue moon? I would love to afford a Rocky River divorcée carefree money is no object massage and facial manicure pedicure and a bottle of wine, but I’m just a working girl paying the bills. $65 later and I had to go home to wash the smell of pumpkin off me.

My 80 minute massage was really only 70 or 75 minutes. Also, I'd like the therapist to check in on the pressure at least once or twice.
