My therapist talked too much during the massage. I also felt He also didn’t look at my health history in order to best alleviate my common stress areas /injury.

The bed/sheets were freezing when I crawled in. The bed was turned on after my massage started but became too warm as I felt my chest was on fire while I was laying on my stomach. I also feel I did not receive a 50 min massage. The therapist did not start until after 9 and when I got off the bed the time was 9:49.

My lower back started to hurt in the way home. Pressure must have been too much. I’m not happy with the price.

Didn’t like that I was asked to remain in car before apt, seems silly as waiting room is huge.

The massage therapist stated that she was not well versed in Himalayan salt massage but the receptionist booked me with this masseuse knowing I was getting that particular massage. Therefore, despite her best efforts, it was not that great of a massage.

Although my therapist was very good, she really concentrated on one area that I know was extremely tight but in the end, I couldn’t even touch my back without it hurting.

Booking through the app is hindered by the fact that you can’t look at a day and see appointment options across the board, you have to select the type of massage then length, then Therapist preference to see availability. I was open to different types of massage with a preference for sports or deep tissue, neither was available but I had to go through the filtering process twice to learn that. I ended up with Swedish, which is just not very effective for my neck and back pain. Therapist was good though, very knowledgeable and friendly.

50 minutes is kinda short for a massage. The extra 10 minutes would really make a difference, and I feel like for the cost, that seems reasonable for it to be a full 60 minutes. I do understand though that the 10 minutes allows for massages to be booked on the hour.
