I have a therapist that I love at Lakewood Massotherapy and have been going to him for 10 years.

I was satisfied I’m not sure why it is prompting me to write this

Traffic is heavy to get into Rocky River. Personal finances. No parking available, I had to park next door and walk back to the building.

The only thing that I think would be useful is to see how many appointments I have available to book with my membership. I was initially put off by the $ amount that I was told my appointment would be so I figured my membership wasn't yet active. Finally, I just tried it and saw that I wasn't charged but only knew I had at least two "credits" available when I asked the front desk to check into it. There should be a status online for members.

It has been a very long time that I have had a massage so I could not give a highly satisfied score as I do not remember. I did feel that some pricing was a little confusing. However, the massage was great.

I really enjoyed my facial. I would have liked additional extraction time. Overall I found the esthetician to be knowledgeable and kind.

I wasn't taken back for my appointment until 15 minutes after it was scheduled to begin.

The only complaint, too high pressured to buy and increase services. if you just come for a massage they constantly push to buy more . it makes me angry and think twice about coming back. Stop pushing.
