I don’t live near a Hand & Stone but always visit when in the Denver area. Wish you would open one in Morristown TN. Your front staff is always kind & welcoming. Your massage therapist are always professional & knowledgeable.

My massage lady was RAVEN. I told her my focus areas and man did she do a stellar job. I felt amazing after. Relieved so much tension in my shoulders.

I love my esthetician, Sami. The program still feels nickel-and-dimey, but using 2 packages each visit results in a great therapeutic facial.

Check-out was confusing this time. Felt pressured to use bonus points. I haven't experienced this before. I asked for an explanation on the difference between bonus points and credits but was just given a quick definition and handed an information card.

Great service, good price, comfortable, friendly people, knowledgable and professional staff.

Professional therapist who took the time to make sure that I was comfortable. Understood the condition which was causing me pain and made great effort to alleviate without causing more harm.
