The office manager is very friendly, efficient and organized. The massage therapist had a passion for what she does.

I barely had to wait 5 minutes and my massage therapist was ready to take me to my room. She asked if I needed anything specific to target areas I need. There was amazing complimentary teas in the lobby.

I look forward to visiting Hand & Stone. The atmosphere is relaxing and the place feels well kept. Jamal gives awesome massages and really works on the problem areas. I feel better and healthier from my monthly massages. The staff has been very accommodating and understanding when I have to reschedule appointments.

Sami is always great in being adaptable to the changing needs on my skin. She is always able to recommend products and solutions to either ongoing or seasonally based problems I am facing but is never pushy. This last round she turned me on to a new product and brand that I am going to be trying asap. Great experience and great team all around! 😊

I've been to hand and stone before, but the Colorado Mills mall location is the best. My message therapist Tanya was amazing at helping my lower back pain to feel relief. Thank you so so much!

I thought that it was a great experience from the moment that I walked in the door. I felt like I was not only appreciated, but it was effortless to get in and out.
