My therapist clearly knew what he was doing. I needed some deep tissue work and he had me exhale as he applied pressure so I wouldn’t tense up. It had been a very long time since I had a massage so this wasn’t a “zen” experience but I feel a lot better than I did before. I’m looking forward to my next massage.
