Hand and Stone

I love the Hand and Stone Spa. What I have an issue with is that I had to drive 45 min. away from my home to visit a site. All other sites near me were booked into next month as I was told by the receptionists. I would hope that being a member that we would be able to get an appointment a little easier than it has been. I call to schedule appointments and they are always busy. I hope that more missuses' get hired to help with all the members wanting to get massaged.

Professional, met needs of are of pain

It took calling 3 different locations to finally get an appointment 2 wks out from the call date. The Colorado Mills location was very accommodating on schedule; this was the first time at this location. It was quiet, the receptionist attentive and polite, and the therapist was humorous, easy to communicate with, and did an excellent job. While the location is 11 miles from my home (with nearest location 1 mile from home), I have already booked my next appt with the same therapist because of the nice experience at the Colorado Mills location and the personnel.

The minute i walked in the door it was very welcoming and refreshing. The manager was kind and helped me choose a different product when the hot stone therapist was not available. My therapist was very kind and hit the spots that needed work!

Ellen gave a great relaxing massage. The massage rooms and front area always smell good and look beautiful. I love the wide variety of appointment options.

Excellent esthetician

Sami, my esthetician is super. So kind and knowledgeable. My only negative is that H&S nickels and dimes for extra services.

I don’t like talking during a massage and the therapist honored this. I had aches and pains walking in and they were gone when I left. The pressure applied was perfect.

Sami is great! This was my first service at a Hand and Stone location. I had been going to Massage Envy for the last year. I think the services at Hand and Stone far out weigh the services from Massage Envy. I was completely relaxed and my skin looks amazing!

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. My massage therapist was fabulous and it is one of the best massages I’ve had in some time!
