Receptionist was extremely kind and calming. The tea offered helped relax me before my service. Therapist talked to me before the massage to make sure the areas and pressure I wanted. Checked in during massage to verify it was the right pressure. Also helped me with pinpointing where my tightness was and some stretches I can do. I had a great experience.
