Love the decor and ambiance of this location. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Isaac is the best massage therapist ever!

I was highly satisfied with my experience for many reasons. Firstly, I really appreciated the ease of being able to book an appointment at a time that worked for me. The reception area had representatives that were very friendly and created a warm and welcoming environment. Secondly, my massage therapist was very skilled and professional and worked on every area that I asked. The massage left me feeling relieved, relaxed and excited for the next appointment.

I was greeted by an enthusiastic and friendly receptionist who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and asked exactly what I was seeking. The massage was beyond expectations.

The staff at Hand and stone are fantastic, and always go out of their way for the customer. Valarie is an exceptional massage therapist and knows just the right amount of pressure to use. My one request would be, to have the ability to book an appointment online at any H&S location online, not just the location you started your membership at. Right now, I would have to cancel my membership. Then start a new one at my new location. Eventhough both are owned by the same person. This isn't very practical or efficient.

In my experience with the massage therapists for this company, I've only had maybe 3-4 whom I've really enjoying working on me and Val is at the top of that list. She took her time to ensure the experience was top notch.
