Lobby and receptionist were nice. Room and therapist were fine. My only problem is the cost of services, and the cost of small upgrades is substantial and add up as well. I have a membership, which helps reduce the cost of services, but even that has those services fairly expensively priced.

I think it would be helpful if you offered eye coverings during the massage.

Would like to see an option for longer times. Never seems to complete the entire body in 50 minutes. Also reluctant to pay extra for additional services for the same 50 minutes which would subtract from the basic massage

My tech is Knowledgeable about the service and treatment. I felt very relaxed and new again with my service.....

my aesthetician worked greatly on my face and was able to explain to me how much growth I have the potential to do if I started to take care of my face better

The price has increased a lot. Im not sure if I can continue to afford the monthly service at this price point. Originally when I started, the price was reasonable and there weren’t all these additional add on costs. They were included already with the upgraded facial. The items that increased my cost significantly was the additional charge for gua sha, the membership cost and the extractions.

I always walk out of there feeling nickle-and-dimed. The add-on costs are a mystery to me until I see the final bill. I usually use two packages; in the recent past that covered the entire visit; this time I still owed despite the higher monthly subscription price. More transparency regarding the cost of add-ons would be appreciated. For the cost of the facial, some of those add-ons (aromatherapy, for example) should be included.

Overall, I had a really really nice experience. One of the receptionist was a little bit snappy with me while I try to enter the building. They had the doors locked due to the wind and she wasn’t very welcoming when I tried to enter. One receptionist was very kind though. Overall not a big deal.
