Music was too loud, therapist could have offered more professional knowledge, pressure was deep but touch was sporadic

It’s all about who you get Brie and Angela rock. Others I have had not so much. Their time management of massage is to much on one area and do not get to the area that you needed most. Also filling out the forms each time when you have a membership is overkill. Just keep it on file.

Received a gift card for massage & was highly pressured to purchase a membership despite declining multiple times.

I have received from several therapists and this one left me wishing there was more to the session. I don’t know if she was just tired that afternoon, but I did not feel it was top notch. Good, but not great. I was satisfied, but not highly satisfied.

the membership fee, the oil, the extra time and the tip was another $150. I understand everything has a fee but it's so expensive, more coupons should be offered and other values

The rude receptionist. Receptionist didn't have knowledge about what different facial services were good for my problem skin

I’m very highly satisfied with my esthetician. I don’t love the membership concept. The wax used is inferior to literally anywhere else, in fact, it causes my skin to itch.
