The last massage I had there was the best massage I have had at hand and stone. The therapist listened to my needs and focused on them. She also educated me on why I felt soreness and what to do to relieve pain each day at home.

My therapist only did my back, I did not flip over to do anything on my front side (which was not something we discussed). In addition, I was 5 minutes late (completely my fault), but I also waited in the waiting area for an additional 5-8 minutes. My appointment was scheduled to start on the hour and despite the delays, which were only partially my fault, the service ended at about 50 minutes after the hour. The massage itself was very nice and so was my therapist, but I felt a little like I didn’t get the full thing.

At the end of my visit when I was checking out, the front desk staff were very persistent that I sign up for the monthly membership program. I declined 3-4 times, and I was a little put off by how persistent she was in asking me to sign up for the program.

I've been coming here for about 2yrs now. The staff is always friendly and nice. I will say the turnover for massage therapist sucks, just when I get used to one or really like the massages they give they seem to quit.

I came as a one off massage, ambience and masseuse were good, just not amazing. So, not really interested in coming back considering cost of appts. Overall, okay though, which is not bad.

The massage the was absolutely amazing. Front desk staff was way to pushy with trying to sell a membership after being told no numerous times. Someone shouldn’t be made to feel stressed after a relaxing treatment

I was very satisfied!

There was nothing particular, just it was standard massage. I did fell like there was a little pressure to up sell.

Overall it was a good experience. The massage could’ve been better. But I was still happy.
