Great experience with Jamal. It was difficult for the receptionist to check me out with my gift certificate. Took a long time to check out and wasn’t able to leave a tip. I will be back with cash today or tomorrow.

My massage therapist was not experienced enough for my liking. It was a waste of my time and money. I requested a female who had a lot of experience since I was suffering from sciatica pain and needed relief. I was not given a therapist who had the knowledge to help me. I was frustrated during the entire massage.

I was a bit disappointed that the therapist did not wear a mask even though I asked that he do so. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if they would pay special attention to that. Also, it seems like the massage table is always cold - I don't know if you have warmers, but it would be great if the therapist could make sure to turn them on or mention that they are available.

The therapist I was supposed to see called in sick, so another therapist rushed in to take her spot. She arrived just 10 minutes before the massage started, so she was rushed and didn't have time to go over my chart. But, she did a great job with the massage and she is very knowledgable and has great education on massage. I expected to be very sore the day after, and I was not. Overall, it was a good experience .The receptionist made no attempt to sell me a membership. She did not know what offers were effective on the date I was seen.

The times I have been there, the transition to other body parts takes a long time. The appointments have run late and they cut them early. I don’t feel like I’m getting my money’s worth.

Paid for a 1-hour massage. It started at 15 minutes past the hour and ended 10 minutes before the top of the hour. That’s only 35 minutes of actual service.

I have been highly satisfied with my services! I love the Colorado Mills location. Stephanie was great and I will be continuing with her in the future!

There was a loud clicking sound in the room for several minutes like a machine wasn’t working. My masseuse did not acknowledge it but it was definitely disruptive. My masseuse was great, although I wish he would have slowed down a little bit. His movements felt rushed.

The therapist was flustered and could tell she was not having a good day, when I asked her about it she just said she had a lot of anxiety and couldn’t wait until her day off, which I completely understand. But her anxiety made me also feel anxious rather than relaxed, otherwise I thought she was great just a little overwhelmed.
