Hand and Stone

It’s not that I wasn’t satisfied. I new to the process and did not know what to expect

I would’ve joined the membership but was asked to pay a $100 enrollment fee, which none of your competitors do. Also; my husband joined a week or two ago and wa given a lower membership rate and no enrollment fee.

Angela my massage therapist is amazing !!!

I put that I was highly satisfied with the experience. I thought it was great. No complaints from me.

Had a new therapist Jessica walker who was excellent

I was satisfied with the service I received. I did not say highly satisfied because they did not go over and beyond my expectations. I did have a good experience at this location.

I tried booking my appointment online through my account, and it was trying to make me pay. I called and left a message for someone to call me back to schedule the appointment it automatically booked me for another appointment that I did not request. Most times when I call the location to book an appointment I have to leave a message and rarely receive a phone call back until recently

Hand and Stone is very good! The only reason I’m not highly satisfied is because I’ve had more expensive massages from higher-end spas and they were better just by nature. Overall I’m very satisfied with hand and stone

I am satisfied since the appointment hasn't started on time, however, the therapist still gave me 50 minutes massage.

The massage did not take the full hour. My appointment was at 12:00 I went in late because I had to fill out paper work. Massage was done at 12:50.
