The location called to reschedule twice.

Tanya is wonderful. But you raised your prices and I can no longer afford this. And I followed Lisa Cave to H & S and she left.

When I purchased the gift cards last year, I understood I purchased them for the Valentine's Day promotion which was to include the facial and the massage. I ended up paying for the facials when I used it. This promotion is misleading as are the store's promise of satisfaction. I felt cheated with my money, not once but twice. I had booked massages at another HS nearby and the receptionist there told me I could use the cards, I found out AFTER the fact she could only use the free massage cards I got for my original purchase (even though I asked over the phone and when we got there if they were valid) and the manager of the store admitted the mistake because she was new. We still paid for a discounted price and we had already been rescheduled due to their therapists not being in on the original dates. Due to the chance to redeem and it was dishonored by the misleading advertisement, I will not be returning to H&S or recommending.

The massage experience could be a full hour instead of 50 minutes. That would make the value of the massage highly satisfying. Also, when there are additional credits, it would be nice to be able to pull from the credit for upgrades in increments.

Was a little confused when I first walked in, wasn’t greeted because receptionist was talking to a friend and then when I left the receptionist had me standing there waiting for what sounded like a personal call (on speaker phone?) to end. I was hoping to reschedule an appointment but I felt as though I was interrupting her personal call so I told her to leave a tip on the card on file and then left.

Appoint was late. Had to go back because I bought a product that the recepionest did not give me.

I did have a specific request for an area of my back that needed to be worked out. My therapist was very good and thorough as far as working stress and pain points out of my back however the main pain point is still there.

I went home with slightly pink cheeks that turned to burning, red cheeks for the next 12 hours. Even the next day, they are still pink, tight, and irritable.

The staff is friendly and qualified. I do not like the fact that everything is an up charge. it is not clearly communicated what is included in the standard service and what you have to pay extra for until the end of the service. By the time you add in the additional services, it costs more than a traditional spa for the same service. I am not sure that I will terminate my membership, I am still deciding.

The massage was relaxing and opened up knots that needed addressing. The massage was as long as it said it would be. The facial was soothing and I was pleased.
