Hand and Stone

I have been working with several of the massage therapist in the business that times coordinate with the therapist mom enjoys. My mom and I decided to pay the extra for this session on the 80 min vs the 50. The appt that was scheduled for this had to be rescheduled due to my therapist moving on. With the reschedule I worked with Mallory. She is a very nice therapist and has a great personality. I feel like she might not have enough experience for an 80 min massage. I prefer a firm touch but was never asked if the pressure applied is ok. It was too much and I am sore the following day. After experiencing the other therapists for the course of my membership I felt like Mallory is newer to the career and might not be ready for the 80 mins. We did not start until 5 after the hour and ended with 10 mins. So for the extra charge I do not feel like I recieved a top notch massage. I really enjoy my membership and everyone that I have met there.

My facial was fine. My massage was a joke.

The massage was very good the website and booking through the website could be easier. Even if you start on the website if the branch you want to book, it still makes you search for a location a second time.

I arrived early for my appointment. I checked in with receptionist. Was nearly ten minutes after appointment time before I was taken back. Nobody indicated that things were running behind. They were not busy.

I had to ask several times for deeper pressure and then I got tired of having to ask. It was like being kneaded by a cat, relaxing, but not the deep pressure I needed. All the same, the therapist did a great job on the soreness I had in my neck.

Thank goodness I found you guys (co mills). I was about to discontinue my membership due to another hand and stone. And you guys changed my mind. I have been recommending you to everyone. Thank you for always being kind,nice and helpful

Had no serious pain points that would require special effort by massuise.

The visit was good. The massage was great. Everything was fine.

My massage therapist Miguel was awesome he spent the time on the areas that I asked him too and even found spots that I didn’t realize need attention. I will come back to this location just for him.

While everyone was extremely helpful, not all were knowledgeable. I called to add waxing service on to my massage and receptionist said I could arrive 30 min before appointment. I did that, but aesthetician informed me it’s not a good idea to do waxing before massage since head is face down and could contribute to swelling. I gladly switched but receptionist should know ideal order of services. Thanks
