Felt like the team was pushing product and additional add-ons too aggressively. When I go for a spa treatment, I don’t want to feel stressed or pressured to purchase more. It’s a fine line when running a company, I would just be a little sensitive to not being too pushy!

I was very satisfied with the wax I received. I plan to try a different massage therapist next time. The person giving my massage had rough hands and was chewing gum.
