All the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional. I find the spa to be a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a massage. The message therapist did an amazing job.

Hand & Stone has a nice ambiance, good massage therapists, and the price is right. I've really enjoyed my membership there.

The massage therapist is attentive to working on the specific areas requested during the pre-massage discussion. Pressure and technique is effective and comfortable.

I have been seeing Jamaal for a couple years now and every visit has been thorough and consistent. He is professional, communicative and exceptional in his trade. I'm afraid to try anyone else because they wont compare. Even on vacation, I feel like it's a waste of time and money because it's not as good.

Sammy is the best! She’s super friendly, knowledgeable about products as well as different things you can do to benefit your skin care routine in the day to day, I can confidently say that my facial appointments with her on a monthly basis are ones I really look forward to!

My therapist, Bre, is very experienced and intuitive, working on areas most needed, with the right kind of pressure. I like the proximity of the Hand and Stone, making it very convenient for me. The receptionist is very friendly and attentive. When there was a mix up on my "frozen" membership, it was resolved quickly.
