Hand and Stone

My therapist, Bre, is very experienced and intuitive, working on areas most needed, with the right kind of pressure. I like the proximity of the Hand and Stone, making it very convenient for me. The receptionist is very friendly and attentive. When there was a mix up on my "frozen" membership, it was resolved quickly.

Sammi is a great aesthetician that always knows what my skin needs! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing as what she does. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience at Hand and Stone, Colorado Mills.

The therapist does a great job of making me feel relaxed. The staff do a good job welcoming guests to the waiting area. The place is clean and orderly.

My massage therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk ladies were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Due to the staff and the pleasant massage I decided to sign up for a membership!

Jamaal was very skilled and professional. The reception staff were so welcoming and accommodating.

Michaela was able to address my needs expertly. She listens well and is very informed in her field.

I needed to reschedule my appointment and it was done easily and without any problems. I had the aromatherapy massage and the room smelled wonderful when I walked in. Charles took the time to ask a few questions and delivered the most relaxing massage!

Sami did a great job with my treatment and addressing my specific facial needs.

Angela was amazing!!! My only “issue” was that my second hour person called out sick which was fine and they let me know first thing in the morning. It was a bummer but Angela was so wonderful it didn’t matter!
