Rooms need to be warmer to help with relaxation. Computers not working so had to manually enter credit card. Therapist or receptionist should recommend items: stones, aroma therapy

I am simply amazed by Alex’s skill. While I have enjoyed massages in the past, I haven’t felt the sense of immediate relief that I did after my experience with Alex at Hand & Stone.

The Staff is friendly and professional. The therapist was excellent. She did what I asked. She provided what I needed without inflicting so much pain that I was tensing up to avoid the pain.

The team is friendly and helpful, so efficient to book online. My therapist is excellent, knows my issues and how to elevate the stiffness and pain. She also recommends different add ones that will help me and stretches to do at home.
