Love Alex and my last facial attendant… she did a great job! The receptionist are always nice and friendly. It just some services are very expensive and I have sessions building up… but one upgrade … eats up…two sessions and majority of my points! And I had to come out my pocket again for product that’s $80 dollars. I’m not about spending money on skin products… not 80 for one product. I believe in nature care… and I would think with the name hand stone…you would too.

Esthetician went above and beyond to address problems I was having with me skin. The receptionist out front after my appointment was so kind and informative sharing her experiences with products too. The esthetician and receptionist’s positivity and ability to make me feel welcomed really put me in such a great mood.

Great massage. Nice massage therapist. She is very calm and soothing.

This H&S compared to the one on 75th Street in Naperville had more availability, better massage therapists, and generally a better feel. My therapist did an incredible job and was good at reading the room to know what I wanted from my service, in addition to asking questions. She was great.

I booked appointments for my self and my two daughters-in-law. All three of us had great experiences.

Angela is very knowledgeable, timely, and so so nice! She’s made my skin so much better. She gives me tips and tricks and is never judgmental when I tell her anything. Highly recommend her.

Jonathan is familiar with my chronic issue and knows exactly how to relief them. I will continue to look for his availability.

Overall it was a great experience and I was very relaxed and felt well taken care of. Unfortunately it did not relieve the pain I came in with, as over night, the same pain came right back. I did book another appointment for in 6 weeks and joined the month by month subscription.

Front staff was kind and friendly. Irene, the massage therapist, recommended and explained what the service entailed. Recommended massage with stones made the experience even more relaxing.

Staff is always friendly and massage therapist listens to my concerns.
