Alex was my massage therapist and I came in with disc issues and could hardly walk. Alex educated me on stretching exercises which he did during the massage and my lower back felt so much better afterward. Alex is very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about different applications for my different issues. Highly recommend Alex!

Staff is great and friendly

Friendly and professional staff. Outstanding massage therapist Savanna! She massages my aches and pains away. I have a very bad back and without her expertise, I would not be able to function. Thank you so much!!!

I have a membership and have always used the location on 75th St. in Naperville. When booking online it has always continued to book me at that location. This past visit it scheduled me at a different location. I showed up to the wrong one. This was mostly my fault because the email confirmation DID have the address for the 95th St. location. I failed to notice the change. I just assumed that it scheduled me at the location I usually went to. However, I have never been prompted to choose a location before. I think there may have been some mix up online because I have scheduled appointments online before. The receptionist at 75th. St. location called and let the 95th. St. location know I went to the wrong place and was helpful. I went to the 95th St. location and they still welcomed me even though I was late. I work in customer service and know how important clients being on time is! The receptionist was very sweet and I appreciate them still taking me. Alex did an AMAZING job with the service. I am happy the mix up in locations happened because I plan to stick with Alex from now on.

The therapist is highly skilled at relieving my shoulder pain. She has an excellent personality. The entire experience, reception, room, ambiance, and therapist provided an overall wonderful massage visit.

Araba gives an outstanding therapeutic massage and I plan to visit monthly. The front staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. I am not interested in any other services or products. I resent having to be forced to buy into a membership in order to avoid being charged an excessive amount for a monthly massage.

The front desk girl, Swanee (sp), was really nice and professional. She offered me water, that was a nice touch. My Massage Therapist Savannah was amazing! She is THE BEST!
