The massage was great, she suggested derp tissue but didn’t tell me there was an extra cost. Her nails were a little bit long & did scratch me a bit a few times in the massage. The massage pressure & end result was great, but the long nails were a distraction & uncomfortable, other than that it was a great masssge & I would def go back!

I am highly satisfied for one reason....Alex! he is amazing! He listens to my needs and delivers. I drive over an hour every month for him. I have sent family and friends and they all come out fully relaxed. When we compare notes, it is always the same: highly professional, the right pressure, his knowledge base is beyond the average person. I come to this location simply because of him. I must say that the receptionist are always friendly and helpful. In terms of value, the only issue that I have had is never getting points for people that I referred that purchased memberships. I never knew that they had to come to that location 95th street in order for me to receive credit. My cousin who invited me to join pays 59.99 and I pay 69.99 so in terms of value, she has the better value. Due to her telling me it would be that amount I joined but obviously was too late for what she pays.
