Katie always does a great job on my facials. She takes time to answer my questions and address my skin concerns. She also recommends great add ons that help my skin improve.

My therapist, Michelle, took the time to listen to my specific issues and then adjusted the therapy accordingly. She was friendly and helpful and very effective.
