Katie took the time to examine my skin and recommend products. She also help me book my next appointment and get points that go towards a facial or massage. The check in and reception area was efficient, clean, and upheld covid guidelines.

Desiree did a phenomenal job of addressing my aches. She is professional and polite. With someone of her experience, I receive a great value for my money

The esthetician was knowledgeable, suggested various services to meet my skincare goals, but wasn’t pushy. I was sooooo relaxed I almost fell asleep, it was one of the best facials I’ve ever received, on par with the Trump Spa Facial I’ve had downtown!

Christina did an excellent job giving the massage, and she really listened to me when I explained my expectations to her at the beginning. I will definitely request her in the future. Also, the receptionist (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was very knowledgeable about all the services and was a great help in guiding me to add-ons to improve my experience and use up my extra packages from when the facilities were closed down.

I thought I booked at the location and 75th street in Naperville but when I arrived there I was incorrect. I called the 95th st location and the receptionist happily moved my appointment time to accommodate me same day. Christina [sorry if I spelled it wrong!] Was fantastic! She did an awesome massage and I highly recommend her and I will be back and request her. Her massage was different than any other massage I have had in the passed.
