Desiree was AMAZING!! I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders which she was able to work on and bring relief. I can't wait to make another appointment with her. I feel that her previous experience was a big help. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Stevie was absolutely phenomenal. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will recommend all of my friends to hand and stone. I’m in a high stress job and Stevie is very in tune with my needs

My massage therapist, Roal, is very good. He always talks to me and we discuss what areas of my body to massage. He uses the right pressure for my massage.

Araba is very knowledgeable regarding the specific issue I have with my shoulder. She takes great care in trying to help release the tightness in the area and give me more flexibility and less pain. She is really helping me heal !

Every aspect of the experience was wonderful-cleanliness, COVID protocols, expertise of masseuse, comfort of room,etc. Non-member price is quite high though.

Being able to book online and also multiple locations is the most flexible option around. The hours of operation fit my work schedule. The massage therapists are the best.

I was very satisfied with the services and the care the team took as they reopen following the pandemic. I was glad that the team called me to say they could extend the time to 50 min and were able to accolades the appointment time.

I use the web 100% of the time. I never know my availability to commit to a pre-booked appointment. I use 4 different locations in a 10 mile radius. That includes multiple therapists. I do have favorites, but if they are not available I do choose an unknown. I would prefer that the Corporate Site does not limit my "membership" to one location. I receive emails from all 4 of the locations I have used. If you could change anything it would be where I am a member and that I only receive offers that are specific to one location.
