Everything was fantastic from the time I arrived and until the time I left. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. My massage was extremely relaxing and I feel great the morning after. Will be going back.

I have been a Hand & Stone member for more than 18 months. This was, by far, the best massage that I have received. Lou, my massage therapist, spent time before we began asking questions to understand my needs. Then she fulfilled all of those needs during the massage. I left feeling relaxed and without the aches and kinks that I had when I arrived.

The location is new and clean with a calm ambience. The staff was welcoming and my appointment happened on time. Katelyn my massage therapist asked what area needed attention and spent the majority of the time working those areas. The only negative is that the room feels a bit cramped where the chair is placed near the table.

I don’t know their names, but both receptionists answered all my questions about the membership very well and were very friendly. They spoke enthusiastically and were knowledgeable about what they were talking about. Lou was amazing and also answered all my questions and gave the most amazing massage!
