The front staff was very friendly. Lou, my therapist, asked me if there were any areas she should concentrate on and she did. She even remembers me from last time which I thought was great

Everything was great except the cost of services. To pay more because I am not a "member" was ridiculous. The cost of the services I had done, plus the added extras were not worth what my husband paid for the experience. This wasn't in a luxury spa or hotel or downtown to command these prices.

On my gift certificate visit, I told the receptionist of my sport pains and she referred me to Jessica, who hast dealt with my kind of issues made me feel comfortable and the type of massage hurt a bit but was helpful later. It hurts when your out of shape. Lol

I called before they were open and they were able to set me up with a 1.5 hour massage within minutes at the time I liked. Everyone was very nice and my masseuse listened to what I needed to be worked on

My experience at the new 95th Naperville location was a thousand times better than my experience at the 75th Street Naperville locations. I will never go back to 75th.

Every detail went well. Greeted nicely. Prompt service. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The only complaint we have as members is the website and the ease of booking appointments. Not user friendly.

Ease of getting appointment and the care of this massage therapist was excellent. I would have rated it highly highly if given a chance. The only reason I may not come back is I’m out of state until March but I’ll come in then and I’ve already recommended Roel to a friend. Staff on phone, entering and leaving were all wonderful n helpful . I even bought a few salt stones for Xmas gifts and the bags were perfect.
