Massage therapist was very thorough in massaging my whole body with the right amount of pressure. The reception staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Hand & Stone offers great promotions.

Roel was amazing. Gave me good tips about stretching my muscles to avoid back and shoulder pain in the future.

I was able to book the appointment very easily online. I then called to confirm that the therapist I booked with would be able to meet my needs for a deeper pressure massage. The therapist did exactly what I asked for and encouraged me to try the Himalayan salt stones which were great!

Katie had a lot of knowledge about products and services and add ons. she does great facial massage and I enjoyed that she explained what she was applying. It was relaxing and my skin felt good..it still does.

Upon arrival, Royal was very pleasant and helpful. Lou has incredible hands. Overall, a great experience.

Visited this new location for the first time because it’s about 15 minutes closer than my other location. Super happy about the parking and distance. The massage was wonderful and I can’t wait to go back. I think I can finally convince my husband to go as well.

The massage therapist asked a lot of questions to try to make my massage as relaxing as possible. She was responsive to criticism and was willing to do what ever I asked.

Lou was amazing and what caused me to sign up for a membership that day. She was amazing and I intend to only ask for her.

I purchased the Black Friday deal (BOGO MASSAGE) as I do every year. I realized that I forgot to use one of my promotional gift cards from last year and it had expired by just 4 days! I know this is my fault but I was hoping that they would still let me use it since it was only 4 days passed the expiration date. The prices at Hand & Stone are quite expensive compared to other places especially for only a 50 minute massage but with the BOGO Deal it’s a good deal. I’m just upset that I must have mixed up my gift cards and used the wrong one at an earlier visit so now I lost out. If they would have allowed me to still use it I would have purchased the deal again this year and made sure to use the promo card right away. I decided not to buy the deal this year since I wasn’t able to use my expired card.
