Shana was prompt, she did a wonderful job on my painful neck area, and she made the whold massage relaxing. I look forward to seeing her again.

I was greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. My therapist was punctual, greeted me by name, and looked at me while speaking. After informing her of my trouble area she paid special attention to that area. When I asked for the heat to be turned off she took care of that immediately. She was friendly and took very good care of me. I felt so much better when the massage was complete. I will be a regular client in the future and can recommend to anyone to try a massage if you haven't done so before.

I absolutely love Kelly as a massage therapist. She really listens to my needs and creates a great atmosphere for a massage. She takes the time to get to know me and I will continue to go to Hand and Stone for her services.
