I found staff & therapists to be friendly, courteous & professional. I appreciate having a Hand & Stone Spa closer to where I live, given I need transportation.

I came in for relaxation due to stress of work and holiday season. Val did an excellent job in making all my stress disappear. She listened to what I stated i was looking for and checked with me a couple of times to ensure she was providing as I asked. Which she was and then some.

Cortez is an extremely talented massage therapist who has helped with my shoulder and back pain.

I am extremely happy with the massage therapist. She really knows how to relieve any aches and get all the knots out. Love the location. Very convenient.

Therapist able to relieve stress and fix reoccurring problems due to I jury in 2020. I am able to do necessay things like put earrings in without numbness and pain. I am able to sleep better after massage too

The problem I encountered was that the BOGO was not that. It was buy one get one 50% off. That is NOT what the flyers or the card states and I was extremely disappointed with that misrepresentation.

The facility is very nice and welcoming as was front desk staff. The massage therapist was very professional and did a great job. Only thing I would comment on that was a little weird as a man was completing a form on my "pregnancy." Seems a bit odd.

I have benne a client of Karen’s for over 25 years and will go to see her wherever she works. Karen is one of THE BEST Esthetician’s I Have ever been to.
