The receptionist and the therapist were very friendly. I did not have to wait more then5 minutes for my message. The therapist explained all of the additional add on and she asked it there was any areas that need to address. The massage was very relaxing.

The Cleanliness of this particular Hand and Stone ( Staten Island New York ). The overall serene feeling throughout the spa. Jessiica , the esthetician is very professional and knowledgeable about skin care . She’s an asset to this company !!
