Did not care for ambience. It was not so alike for me. Sheets were terrible

Because of the delay it took to get in

Coffee, tea and some tiny snacks will make the atmosphere more pleasure definitely. I’ve seen that happening in many other places.

This was my first experience with your company. The esthetician GINA was very good. My past facials have included foot and hand warmers. and a 15 minute period of time where the esthetician leaves the room and the client is left to relax in a quiet room. The table did have a warmer, but In my opinion the hand and foot warmers are a nice touch.

Upgraded to first ever chemical peel. My birthmark bled a lot when skin peeled Have scabs near both temples Was not advised of peeling before application of chemical

I would like the experience to be up to par with other spas that I have tried. I liked my esthetician who performed my facial.

The aesthetician and staff at the facility were wonderful. However, for the price paid for a facial, I didn’t see the results I had expected for wanted. My skin was hydrated but my pores were still clogged and blackheads still there. I dont think the classic facial does anything significant

Not very happy with the massage, the masseuse was very nice but I felt like it was just a rub down.
