This hand and stone is very loud! You can hear every little peep. I also felt like they didn’t bother to check my membership before I came in. Had a massage and facial both asked me if I’m a member. In the details for massage if the girl would of checked I stated I do NOT like scalp rubbed she did it anyway. She also I guess accidentally rubbed biofreeze on just one leg so my one leg was cold the entire time. Massage lady was annoying talked a lot and also very rough with moving the sheets. Facial lady spend too much time going back and forth to open close cabinets instead of having everything needed already set out. She talked too much during treatment as well

My husband and I enjoyed our massages.

I have been to a few other hand and stone and this massage therapist said it was an additional $20 for a firm massage, that i was getting a swedish massage. The massage turned out to be fine pressure but i had never encountered that before.

There was a missing piece of equipment that was needed for treatment. This should have been addressed before I arrived not to begin searching for it while I was lying on the table.

Just would have been better to just get straight to the facial instead of hearing all the ads ons

Therapist was great! But maybe could've used a little more pressure.
