The hotel has a very convenient location, and the breakfast is great. However, the cleaning lady let herself into my room at 9:30am on the day of my check out which bothered me -- why not wait until you know I have checked out (11am)? This made me feel like the staff would let themselves into rooms as they pleased and made me question the security of my belongings/myself.

I rated overall dissatisfied because there was dried feces on the bathroom floor in more than one place!!! I am never worried about a place being a little worn or outdated, but cleanliness is key for me...I will never stay there again and will tell anyone I can about the experience. I have reached diamond status with Choice this year while traveling for business but after this experience I am seriously considering switching to another loyalty program!
