Night Hotel North Dallas

It's okay. They do a good job of decorating a small space but the layout of the hotel is odd. There's not a whole lot of signs so you'd have to ask staff how to get to places. Also there's not a lot in terms of appliances. So no microwave even in a suite which has a smaller bathroom than a regular room. The only added feature of a suite is an extra sink. The ballroom is beautiful for events though

The lobby, restrooms, and restaurant was beautiful, but the rooms ... Not so much. Needs to be redecorated. The interior design was a mix between modern chic and Japanese? Some things were really dark and some were light. I hated the bed frames in my room my friend and I kept hitting our legs on it. But guest service was nice and very helpful. One AYS agent took the time to open the gift shop so that my friend could buy some feminine products. Thank you so much.

We stayed here because it was close to another hotel where we had friends from out of state were staying. Their hotel was full. We would have stayed there. The air conditioner was very loud and the front panel rattled very loudly. I had a small ice chest that I set in front of it to make it quiet. The interior decor reminded me if something from the eighties. I won't be staying here again. The staff was friendly but that is the only thing that I saw that was up to speed.

This place is horrible. A total dump and the hotel staff don't care about your concerns. The room was dirty and the bathroom smell horribly bad.
