Room wasn't ready, bell desk wasn't helpful, put on hold when calling concierge - hung up after 5 minutes - no basic wifi included, very expensive for the less than expected experience. The website gave me high expectations...I was disappointed.

The staff was RUDE. We were forced to pay $35 for valet only to find our car out back in the employee parking lot UNLOCKED. It took an hour of fighting with the staff to get our $35 refunded for "secure" valet parking. BULL.
