Nice staff, clean and rooms were nice. Limited parking.

Came for a short visit with some friends the service and facilities were not as wonderful as my experience with the Omni Dallas, but overall it was a pleasant experience. I would like to note that the Omni San Antonio did not seem to offer any additional perks than what I may have experienced at another hotel. As a customer, I would have expected a little more from a hotel that carries such a prestigious name.

Staff was very nice. However, the event was not setup in time because the party before was not out. Should have been more creative on setting things up in the open rooms and moving them once the remaining rooms were open. Maybe staff need to know they can improvise when problems arise to accommodate better in problem situations.
