We chose this omni because we had stayed @ the one in Amelia island & loved it! We were also going to Disney so it was convenient & we thought it'd be a change up from a Disney resort. We honestly won't spend the money to stay @ this location again tho. It's nothing like the one in Amelia island. We loved being able to walk around the campus @ Amelia island. And the cleaning crew banged on our door long before check out when our privacy sign was still on the door and our check out bill was still under the door!

The staff told us we could check in without the person who the room was under and then when we tried they said no. This stranded a group of us while we waited on the person the room was under to finish a conference. Then at check in at 445 the majority of rooms were not cleaned. They put us on the inside even though half of our family is disabled (which we mentioned) and forced a lengthy walk when they gave us bad directions to the room. Was a terrible check in process. Then the room didn't have hardly any TP and a shortage of towels in the room. Oy. Not. Doing. Again!!!
