Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas

I had several issues during my stay. First, there was no hair drier in my room and it took me a while to get a hold of front desk to have it brought in. The phones in the room were not working. One was completely broken and could not even be plugged in. I had to call from my cell phone to reach front desk. After i notified the front desk about the hair dryer, it took them over 30 min to bring it in. I was late for my 8 am meeting when i finally called and ask for a a manager. The manager did not apologize and told me that the hair drier is hanging outside of my room. I wish somebody knocked on my door or gave me a call to let me know about that. I also find it scary and unsettling that none of the phones in the room were in a working condition.
