Waited forever at the airport for the shuttle will probably go somewhere else next time for that reason

First of all, I was in line for over 25 minutes. I was in line and as soon as someone came through the door the employees called them over to assist them. I let them know I had been waiting for a while and they still took the people that just walked in. Happened twice. When we went to pick up a car they were all out of the ones I reserved. Took a long time too. The car smelled like dog. There was dog hair. I'm allergic to dogs but it was too late to exchange.
