Good, had cheap vehicles. Somewhat slow counter service and the lady outside when we got the car was not particularly friendly

The worst customer service I've experienced renting a car. Not only was the air conditioning not working in the building there were only 2 employees behind the counter. The line I waited in was about 1/2 hour. There was a couple trying to rent a car and the employee was having trouble getting their insurance and drive qualifications. She was very patient and went into the back room 4 times to talk to the manager. She came out each time saying I talked to my manager she said such and such after witnessing this I said maybe the manager should come out and handle this. Never did the manager show her face we could all hear her but she never came out to help. There were 3 people in the room that was visible to us. No one came out to help those of us waiting or the poor couple who was having trouble. The girl who was helping the couple was also trying to help another customer at the same time honestly she should be the manager. She did more than the lady in the back who was playing manager.

This is the absolute worst rental car experience I have ever had! It took 45 mins for the shuttle bus. They switched up the price on us from our reservation. There was only one car available for us to take. It was scratched up. It had no USB port for our phones and there was no other vehicle for us.
