Great service

The room was not at all up to par. There were holes in the wall next to 2 outlets. The tv had very poor reception. The drawers in the dresser were hanging off. And something happened with the fire alarm at 3:10 and it went off for an hour or so. Couldn't get back to sleep until 5.
