Breakfast was very bad. Bacon way undercooked, coffee so weak it looked like tea, only had 1 toaster for bagels (had another but it was broken). Everyone was complaining about breakfast. Tv was not working properly in our room. They got right on it but didn't get it fixed till 2nd day of our stay. Mentioned food to management at checkout. They just asked if we ate breakfast 2nd day. I told them no, they just handed me my receipt with no apology or compensation. So.......what does the 100% satisfaction guarantee mean anyway?????????

Usually a great place to stay, stayed for 4 days and room wasn't cleaned and had to go to get towels at front each day
