I visited to get a refund from a recent visit where I had inadvertently been charged twice for 4 movie tickets and not 2 as it should have been. I asked for it to be rectified and I did receive 2 vouchers for a subsequent visit.

Dirty uncomfortable seats. Picture was really good and staff was friendly.
