Its hard to get to because of construction and when we got there it took over an hour to check in because the computers were slow and the lady at the desk was very rude. Then one of our rooms wasn't even ready it had dirty towels on the floor and the bed wasn't made. They also have us keys for the wrong room and it took another 15 mins to get the correct room keys because of how slow the computers were. There was a dead bug on the floor. They charged my debit card when I used a credit card to pay and over drew my account then acted like I was lying that my account got overdrawn. Very rude staff

Hotel room was claustrophobic and only two drawers for storing clothes. Bathroom was small and not a lot of room for two ppl.
