Quality Inn & Suites Near University

This particular Quality Inn is top notch. The staff was great and so were the various amenities. The downside was that the parents and their kids/ teens in the hotel didn't always follow the hotel rules like not having children in the workout room or not having anyone under 16 use the waffle maker. I don't know if there's a way for the hotel to monitor that some more.

Extremely helpful staff. Every part of the hotel was Very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here. I'd pick this hotel again for sure!

Check in went well. Very friendly and helpful. Everything after was bad. The elevator was filthy, the room smelled, the bathroom and bedroom were outdated and felt grungy. The AC/heater was ridiculously loud with a fan between the bedroom and sitting room for ventilation. Pathetic tube t.v. And uncomfortable pillows. Plus the guy on at midnight was extremely grumpy about having to get up from his couch in the lobby area where he was watching tv to get us extra towels.
